Godcasting, the delivery
of religious contents (audio or video) via the web, is a fantastic way to
listen to Reverend Anne’s sermons when you can’t be at Geneva's
service or you just want to be inspired again.
There are two ways to listen to a Godcast of Anne’s sermons:
- On you computer directly from the web site or
- Downloaded to a listening device such as an iPod or
MP3 Player

To listen on your
computer, you need speakers and a sound card, which come on most new
computers. The speakers must
be turned on and the volume set appropriately.
- Navigate to the Geneva Web site via the web using any
browser.
- Choose the Podcasting link
- Select the sermon you want to listen to and click on
the link
- Your computer may ask you if you want to open the file
or save it. You may
select either. You may save the MP3 file to your hard drive by
using the right mouse button and selecting Save As.
- If you play the file, listen and enjoy.
If you save it you must open it on your computer to listen to
it after it’s saved. Most people save these MP3 files to their folder called:
My Music. Once saved, you
may listen again and again.
- If you have a dialup connection to the Internet you
will have much better results by saving the files first and then listening to
them.

and then load them to your device.
- Navigate to the Geneva Web site via the web using any
browser.
- Choose the Podcasting link.
- Select the sermon you want to listen to and
right-click on the link.
- Choose Save As and save the MP3 file to your hard
drive. Most people save
these MP3 files to their folder called: My Music.
-
Follow the specific player instructions that came with
the iPod or MP3 player for installing the MP3 files to your unit.
-
If you are using a Mac, and you click on a
sermon, it will be opened in ITunes . Once it has been opened, it can
either be played, saved to a music library, or downloaded to an Ipod.
