Purpose

To provide a means for the Session to build a healthy work environment for our staff, including our Pastor, Director of Music, Youth Director, and Church Secretary; including a fair annual evaluation process, salary recommendations to Session, preparing contracts and goals, writing job descriptions, and providing a forum to resolve disputes.

First Monday of each Month, 7:30 PM

Membership

One member from each class of Session plus two members from the congregation.
